I was kinda suckered into going to see THE DEAD 2009 version w/ Warren Haynes. This was at the I-ZOd Center.1st thing I noticed being a 2 nighter the 1st which I was at was not even close to selling out .So much so they had whole sections of seats covered in black fabric so when the lights went out it looked full. Now out they come and all I remember was they opened w/ U.S.Blues and I thought ok Warren Haynes can play w/anyone. 2nd,the drums were miked so loud I couldn't take it . I didn't stay for the encore and to say did I relive the past ,the answer would be a big NO.I wasn't impressed at all and I think they charged a pretty penny for those shows.

Warren doing Shakedown Street is awesome. Check out the show I went to ... probably the best show with this lineup...
